Have you start cleaning up the yard yet?

I decided to rake my yard this morning because it was little warmer and the sun is up and I don't want to do this too late so my little growing flowers will be ruined by raking. I raked the front a little, the grape little people are growing, they smell good and very cute ^_^ and I saw a bunch of green stuff on the yard, I feel so happy to see those and smell it :-D Unfortunately, my fingers and toes got frozen pretty quick, I first use the bucket to store the leaves and put them away then I changed my mind, I used a big plastic cloth instead to keep them then throw them away. Because I didn't rake all the leaves so they are very thick and heavy now, it was quite a hard work. So I ended up just raked a tiny area of the front yard, I still have a long long way to go. I have started to plant some of them inside the house before I put them on the yard. I really can't wait the winter go away and welcome the spring! HAve you guys done anything on the yard yet? Is the flower growing yet? ^_^

Not much to clean, in our yards really. We just moved here and the previous owners were pretty meticulous about their grass. Nothing's blooming yet, it's a tad too cold too often, this month. Next month, I reckon we'll have plenty of flowers. And by next month, we'll be working the ground!

Some of my early flowers are up (daffodils and tulips), but I haven't started to clean up yet. I want to this weekend if the weather holds. I need to clear out a small patch to transplant strawberries and I need to dig up another spot that hasn't been used much so I can use it later on. Lots of cleaning up to do, but it will happen a little at a time. I don't rake the lawn, but wait until it's time to mow and use the grass catcher to pick up leaves. Lazy, huh? ;)

We have started working the dirt, out in fertilizer, started seeds inside, and even threw pea seeds outside! We have been getting 70 degree weather here so it is very hard not to plant everything!

I have some flowers growing right now, but I havent done any other gardening. It is just something that I could look at. I just havent got around to planting anything else. For one thing it is snowing today and I just am not into it. I dont think planting anything in the frozen ground would actually work.
