Winter weight loss?

Ironically while typing that message I did not realize that I live in a city called Winter, I actually am talking about the season however. I want to start running but I live on a highway and my grandmother does not want me running during the winter months in case someone slides off the road and into me. I don't have any exercise equipment or the money for it and I don't have any room to run. Any ideas on what I can do?

it may not be healthy, but when i want to lose weight i restrict my calorie intake to less that 300-500 calories a day.

I really only eat about 700-900 calories a day as it is but somehow I still weigh over 200 pounds. I eat healthy generally and haven't had a soda in three months and only eat one candy bar a month. I just can't seem to lose any more than ten pounds. My goal is to be 140 pounds.

your bodys probably used to that same amount of calories.. you need to change it up. 2468 works ridiculously well. 200 cal the first day, 400 the second, and so on. it confuses your body and your metabolism speeds way up.

If you are in an apartment building, you can do all the stairs. Go up all of the stairs on one side and down all the other ones on the other side. Rinse and repeat. If you don't live in an apartment building, go to a local public building that has lots of stairs. Stairs are awesome exercise and FREE!

Because of the size of our town, there are no local buildings really besides the gas station and the grocery store I work at. I live in a house in the country so the only stairs we have are our rickety basement stairs that scare me every time I go down them. Thanks for the suggestion though.

I understand your situation, I suggest eat right which means eat more fruits and vegetables and more fiber in the diet. You may also pm me if you like a safe way on losing weight without any machine on your house which is very safe.

as a girl, keep fit is the class i do everyday, i join in the health club, i do yoga everynoon to streth my body, and run about 3000 meters in afternoon, at begining, i felt so tied after sports, but now, if i cannt to excise my body in a day, i feel uncomfortable. give you a message, you can do some yoga, in other hand, intake less caloric, what's more, to hold do some movement everyday is important, the effect you will see after 1 month. so, do it now!

i only eat about 600 calories a day as it is and i work all day so i'm walking a lot. i live in a very small town where they don't have a health club or fitness club or anything of the sort. i'm at a loss for things to do in a small town when it's cold and snowy and icy.
