I don't know if it will help such small kid but I gave my daughter who was six onth old kali phos from homeopathic medicines that is supposed to help baby's sleep. You can consult a doctor for this mostly its because she is hungry and make her a feed around 11 in the night and that will help her sleep , check your bed is it comfortable and then check if she is either too cold or too warm. You have not explained what her routine is and what you do to make he go back to sleep after she wakes up. A little more help is needed for the right advice. Check out babycentre.com it is a very gopod parenting site and has advice on anything concerning babies there.here is the link http://www.babycentre.co.uk/

I would say your baby is probably is hitting a growing spurt, and needs to be fed little more in the evenings. Have you started your baby on cereal yet? Some doctors say 3 months, other say 6 months, but if you see that your baby is waking up in the middle of the night, I would have to say it's more about being hungry. If you've started your baby on rice cereal, try feeding that in the evening, then only a bottle before bed and see if that helps. Other things could be, your baby might be trying to get a tooth. And I will be the barrier of bad news, some babies are like that. I have an 18 month old that still sleeps oddly like that. She's up and down threw out the night, sometimes up all night. Another thing you might want to check into is taking with your doctor about acid reflux. My daughter, who's 18 months was diagnosed at just a few days old with that, but she had really bad projectile vomiting and everything from it, but some babies have a mild case of it, and that will keep them awake at night. Best of Luck!

Could she be getting a tooth already? This is very painful - cutting teeth. Maybe you can give her a little bit of infant tylenol before bed. I used to give my kids a bath before bed to relax them with the lavender baby body wash and then rock them a little.

Is she waking up because she's hungry? If so, she's probably not getting enough to eat during feeding time. Or have you checked to see if she's teething?
