Okay, many of us had purchase flat screen TV, home appliances, computer from stores like "Best Buy", "Circuit City", etc...... Those electronic devices always come with warranty available for you. The staff usually trying to sale you those warranties? Would you likely to buy those warranty for your new purchases? Why?

I have never bought any warranty for a new appliance. My understanding is that every new one comes with a warranty because it is brand new and they guarantee that it has no defect. Cheers!!

No, I wouldn't buy them. Often, they are only marginally less than the cost of a replacement product! The sales staff try to push them because their commission percentage on the insurance is usually at a higher rate than on sales of the products.
