The situation is that a girl goes to a bookshop and picks up a copy of "The Marxist Manifesto by Marx and Engels" She does not have enough money to pay for the book and ends up stealing it. After coming out of the shop she judges the ethicality of her act in an internal debate. What would she be thinking? What is your opinion? Is her stealing the book jusified? Please engage in a compelling debate and refrain from conditioned value judgement. It would be great if you could quote a few philosophers or interpret what their take would have been.

John Maynard Keynes - Biggest economist of all times
Ethics should be like Gilles Deleuze write: " big messy thoughts, with no concrete conclusions."She only have to learn to deal it in the future and that tinny things can be on our mind for long long years or forever. The ethical question there is that she shouldnt steal whatever thing it is. She had to wait to have money or go to a library or try the work on the library till the owner offer her a copy. If i was her, i wouldnt buy or steal that book. It would be loss of time read Marx. We just learn how to be bitter with him. To learn something about society, politics and economy should read John Keynes

she needs it for her life, or for her thesis, and its just a few bucks. so she did it! there is a pedantic chinese saying: a learner stealing books in not a thief. but anyone in the world should not steal!
