Today, I check my pay check statement. I actually gain more money than usual. Just a few more. I noticed that federal tax was taken from me less than before. So, the government trying to give us more money now?

At my job, the hourly employees were taxed less on federal tax, so they received a larger paycheck. My boss is telling us the salary employees aren't getting that. Our checks have not changed. I thought the idea was that every American receiving a paycheck, would get a break on federal tax so they would receive this stimulus. Does anyone know anything about it?

The government is supposed to start taking less, but I am not sure if they have yet or not. I wasn't able to complare my hubby's check because his hours varied so greatly from this week to the last couple. I will have to take a look next week when he gets his check.
