Making Strawberry Swiss Rolls

I love cakes and I am a bit bored today, so I decided to do some cooking *smiles*. I follow this recipe and make a Strawberry Swiss Roll and it's really tasty! I am quite happy with it. You could give it a try if you have interest as well:

Man, those look good!! It's too bad I can't have any sweets...I wonder if there is a diabetic version of them. It is nice to see them though LOL Thank you for the link...I'll have to do some exploring of that site.
