l prefer to use credit card when shopping at hypermarket. It's because l am easier to track my expenses when comes the end of the month. Through credit card slips, l am able to calculate how much l had spend in a month. What do you prefer to use?

Yes, using debit card and hard cash can also help to budget your spending expenses, as long you keep those receipts..

It depends. If I don't have cash at the time of shopping, I use my credit cards. If I have cash and wouldn't use the cash money for other purpose, I pay in cash money. Credit cards can be an option when shopping, but the problem with it is that I tend to buy unnecessary things.

Credit card indeed can be another option for paying the things that we had purchased, incase we didn't bring enough cash. But, it shouldn't be an excuse to buy more than we need. We musn't overspend during this economic downturn times.

I have a supplementary credit card from my husband so I use it when I buy groceries from the hypermarket. I have a grocery book where I record down the items and price of the stuff I buy. I like to keep track on them and do monthly accounts on how much was spent as well.

You make a right choice and decision. l keep track of my grocery expenses through the print-out receipts from the hypermarket. l will clipped and record them in my petty cash book.
