Universities for MBA after B.Com?

hi, i will become a b.com graduate this year and was wondering which universities to take admission in for my masters degree. now i understand that world wide the b.com degree is for 3 years but here [Pakistan] i was offered the degree in a 2 years program from karachi university [is ranked amongst the top 500 universities of the world] this is a little troubling for me cause whichever university i look for requires minimum three years of education for a graduate degree. could anyone help me out with this. im wanting to go to austrailia preferbly for my higher studies....
