Do you arrange the decoration stuff all by yourself?

We need to have our new houses decorated before living there. I hired some technicians such as carpentry, plumber and electrician to do certain stuff. I do some desiging work with them and have to buy all the decoration materials all by myself. It's a pretty tiring job! Do you arrange the decoration stuff all by yourself or consign the decoration stuff to the decoration company? Which one do you prefer?

I also have my own house built and I was the one who did the interior designing and decoration. It is really tiring but I really enjoy doing it. I bought lots of magazines to get some ideas then do the shopping. I chose all the furnitures and curtains and all the minor details.

I did the same job and share the same experience with you! very much the same. It is very tiring to do the decoration stuff all by ourself, but we really can get a lot from doing that. These experience may help us a lot when we get another house built or bought.

Well, for the most part we have always done the Decorating in our home ourselves. We might ask for someone's opinion on something, but since it would Cost a lot to have someone come in and do it, we do it ourselves. Plus personally I like giving it my Own personal touch so I know it was me who did it, and then if I am not satisfied over time I can do things to change it as well.

yes i always buy decoration stuff by my own. i like to decorate my house on my own and woth my choice, because i might not be satisfied with what someone else or the architecture may choose and after all even i got a better choice to get a house done well and look wonderfull.i mostly buy too much wood and antique articles so that i can see it in the way i want to. there are different things and themes in my house with everyones choices.basically i love decorating house on my own

I do it myself. I redecorate and move stuff around ALL THE TIME so it would be a complete waste of money and someone elses time.
