I would definately retire!..They call it the golden years, but the only gold is in our teeth!..Silver in our hair, stones in our kidneys, and full of natural gas!..So you see, we are very valuable when we retire! I would retire to do the things I wanted to before I could no longer do them!..Age creeps up fast, the older we get, Im sure of it!

thanks for the reply and yeah totally agree, if you cant slow down when your older whats the point in working when your younger.

I would love to retire early. By nature, I feel, any activity I engage in tends to become boring to me after some years, even though the activities could be still challenging. I feel many people fear about retirement because, - they are so much dependent on their earnings from job - they are so much engrossed in their activities - they are so much in love with work - they are so much used to the perks, status, conveniences and respect they get in their post and position - they are so much afraid of spending their time with their wives at home! and finally, - they are mostly unfit for doing anything else!!!
