Will the pain killers increase our pusle rate?

You may be aware of the Pain killer Action500(The brand name may vary from country to country)and it will give a remedy within 5 minutes. But it is said that it will increase our pulse rate to higher level and very dangerous to our heart and may lead to attack. I personally checked this and found the increase in pulse within few minutes.Did you ever check this one?
