Would China become the next superpower?

China has been developing very quickly in the past thirty years and has become a great nation, but don't forget he still face a lot of domestic problems, some of which are very serious. If China could not handle these problems properly, it would face a crisis. So in positively speaking, China could become a superpower in East Asia and play an important role in international affairs, but will be unable to replace the position of US.

Sorry, I am a Chinese but I don't think so. There is still a long long way for China to go. The living conditions in China can't be compared to those in the western countries at all. Most Chinese who have been abroad try every way to get the permanent resident permit in western countries and don't want to live in their own country.

China already has a strong foothold in the world. they already have nuclear power, making them powerful and deadly. additionally, they hold the production of majority of products in the world. they have sent people into space. with all this, i tihnk china is practically a superpower

china was the center of aisa in a long time,china is the meaning of 'central country' in chinese.in recently 200 years,the agriculture civilization of china was defeated by industry civilization from the west,and chinese got through a painful period.i don't think china is a superpower as USA,because chinese love peace,china is the least aggressive country in the world.
