Hi, alankor. Years ago I read 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. I liked it. I only like to read self help books when I am in the mood for them. I have read many good ones through the years. I don't really have a favorite genre. My preferences change like the wind when it comes to reading. I enjoy books by travel writers, memoirs and yes even the occasional romance novel. I guess I do have a fondness young adult novels. I seem to always be in the mood to read one and I think that is because I long to publish one myself. I read them often 'for research' purposes.

There is no one particular genre of books I prefer. I read anything and everything that interests me. They could be fantasy, self-help, cooking, fiction, biographies... as long as the subject matter interests me, I would read it. I have yet to start on the book 7 Habits of Highly effective people. How far are you into that book? Is it good? How do you find the book so far? What is the one that that impresses you most from the book that you have read thus far?

Salvatore all the way! My favorite author by far. However I will read almost anything when I have nothing else to read. And sorry but I can not stand self-help books, just not for me.

My favourite books were The Famous Five and Hardy Boys. U surely heard of those right? It gotta be one of the most exciting books I've ever read. That was about 15 years back. Nowadays, I don't really read books. They read me.. Hahaha..
