31 and still loved it

do you guys think it's strange that i'm 31 years old married with a baby and still loved the movie?! i mean the movie is obviously for teenagers it's a sweet high school love story but i just couldn't get over it still can't i watched it about 4 times now and very time i was totally digging the Edward Cullen character. i think i miss my young at heart days where i fell in love with every cute boy in class, or may be although being married i still miss that sweet protective love, or may be women no matter how old they are will always love dangerous boys, or may be the movie was just so good and the boy was dangerously sexy and gorgeous whichever way i adored it

i don't see that strange at all. when i went to see new moon on opening night, i saw all kinds of people there. some women were way older than 31, there were married and pregnant women there too. and guys... wow lots of guys there

No it wasnt strange at all. The child within us will only be gone when we stop thinking and doing what children does. Age is only numbers but a cheerful heart doesnt grew old.

not unusual at all. I'm 28. I love it. my mum is 52, when I lent her the first book, the next thing she just sat there and read the rest back to back. we both love them.

Not strange at all. I'm 34 and totally addicted to Twilight (especially Edward....YUM!). While I also miss my teen years, I don't feel weird about crushing on someone I will never meet. He'll be 23 this year, so he's legal lol. I think it's hot cuz while he's dangerous, it's not in a bad way. He's dangerous but he is also romantic, sweet, sexy, just the ultimate package.

Of course it's not strange . I'm older than you lol! I have a grown kid and a 5 year old. I think I'm actually more addicted to the story, the movie is just part of it. I just saw this really funny video on youtube and it uses the song 'High School Never Ends', as a joke on the Cullens reliving school over and over plus the reality that in some ways, many people still act the same, I couldn't STOP laughing! Oh I love Edward Cullen . I wouldn't mind Jacob for a best friend either, although that doesn't come up much until New Moon. Danger is exciting, intoxicating lol. My oh-so-dangerous husband took the day off and he's sleeping lol.

There is definitely nothing weird about it. I am almost 30 years old and I absolutely love it! You are right, it probably does have to do with the love story that is involved, the feeling that we may have felt when we were younger. I found myself resembling my teenage life to that of the story and it does stir up some memories that I had forgotten about until I seen this movie. It is amazing how someone can create a story and touch so many people with the words that they create. The art of literature and film, it definitely is a talent that no one should take for granted. It truly makes the world go round. Happy MyLotting!
