Would you get a boob job done?

Although I am happy with mine, a few of my friends have got breast augmentation surgeries done. Sometimes, I wonder whether it was worth the trouble for them, considering the cost and the risks.
If you were unhappy with your breasts, would you get a boob job done? If you are a guy, would you be pleased if your girlfriend or spouse got it done?

my boobs are so small, i don't even HAVE any really...just ribs lol
i am considering gaining weight instead of getting a boob job. i don't think i could go around with sacs of silicon in my body, it would feel wierd n 'alien' to me.
but that's just me! many girls don't think like that and just do it lol
