What are your favorite sports games on xbox and ps3?

Hi everybody, I was looking to get a few sports games for xbox 360, but I haven't played any in a few years. I'm afraid I don't know what the good companies and the good games are in each sport. I suppose Madden is and always will be the football game, but what about hockey, basketball and baseball. What do you play and why? Thanks for your help!
