Should I abandon my present job?

I'm not satisfied with my present situation because my company are in the charge of someone who are idiot, letting down almost all of us every day and the company is running down for this. Flatters are favored and the talented ignored. What a mass! But it's difficult time now, should I keep the bread or turn to other ones? what should you do facing such a problem? I will honor you advice!

We all like each other I also laid off from work and I have many bills to be paid in search of work and if the timer on the internet.

Apart from searching for another job,why should not you complain this matter to the boss of the company either personally or with the support of all those who are affected by the present incharge person.That will solve the problem in an easy way.Cheers!

Simple solution, look for another job while keeping your current one. Once you get employed leave the job you do not like. Or if you feel your current job is affecting your life than leave it. No point working in a place when you can`t cope.

I agree with Lilypad. Look for another job but keep the one you have until you have a firm offer for a new one. In this economy it's best not to take chances even if you're unhappy at your present job. You just can't know for sure how long it will take you to find a new one.

well,my friend,you are under the situation I am,like you said the company let almost all the employees down,but it's not a good time to abandon the present job cause we need the money to survive...I will suggest you start to looking for another job while still stay where you are right now,once you find a better one,you could quit at once

I think the best way is to find your content job while keeping this one though it is not good one,at least it can support you for a while. Good luck.
