I'm currently having a "junk food withdrawal" - I haven't eaten salted chips for months and suddenly I'm craving for some! But I'm really trying to avoid them because I'm maintaining a healthful diet.
Are you also trying to avoid eating junk foods? How far have you gone without them?

Uhmmm 2 days
. Yeah I was trying my best not to eat junk foods anymore, then my wife brought home this huge cheese flavored Doritos, saying it was on-sale so I got one for myself. Like I can resist that temptation...Well it's gone now, so I'm starting over on my not eating junk foods ever pledge. Cheers!

Yeah, it really tested my resolve, and was completely broken when I saw the Doritos

I don't consider chips(potato or banana or any tubers),to be junk foods.I call them snacks. But it should not be of the packed varieties. We just prepare it at home and is hygienic. If you are badly in need of chips, fell free to make it at home.I vote for junk free foods as you.Cheers!

I have this notion that deep fried foods that are high in cholesterol, calories, and saturated fat are junk foods :P I guess I have to redefine what "junk food" is.
I can't cook at home (where I stay when I work) but I think I'll be able to try that when I go home to my parent's place :)

Potato chips and jackfruit chips are my favorite. It is impossible for me to avoid the chips and the junk food completely from my diet. What I do is trying to decrease the junk food as much as possible. I am trying to decrease the amount fo chips I eat rather than decreasing it completely. This helps me to be happy.

I am not trying, but I think I have been eating healthier since I moved to Korea. I think it has to do with the lack of potato chips in a large bag plus there is no Lays or Pringles, which are two of my favorite chips. I also love nachos but found them rare here also. The only junk food I eat these days is ice cream. But I'm kinda glad as the lack of junk food helps me eat healthier. Happy mylotting!

Hi oyenkai.
I did try to resist the temptation of eating chips before but miserably failed.
What I have done, though, is to limit it to once a week. I shifted from Lay's to Kettle too.
But I do hope you don't give in to your cravings. Don't be as weak as I am.hehehe
Take care. Have a nice evening.

I have been avoiding Mc Donald for so long now I have lost count. I love the Big Mac and it has been months since I had one. I just have a weakness for burgers of any kind. I think that special sauce they use on the Big Mack is very addictive.
I would do anything for a Big Mac right now
