Its really important to be always clean. Observing personal hygiene is very important, not just for avoiding various skin infections or diseases, but also maintaining a good social impression. First impression lasts, right?. Imagine yourself being dirty, without any hygeinic practices in mind, would you think other people like you?. I say definitely a No No. So if you look clean, you look handsome or beautiful, thus more people will appreciate you and like you as well.Cleanliness is not also about being clean always like changing your clothes, underwears or having a clean house. It also must include you attitude, you must have a good morale character, having a fear in God, like in the saying "clealiness is next to Godliness". To sum it up you need to have a clean body, clean attitude and a clean spirit.

Personally I think you are definately onto something here for sure. I know many people who never seem to care about this and always having to take an Antibiotic for something, but continue to wear the same clothing all of the time as well. I am very picky and will always change my Clothes, etc. As a Diabetic it is so easy to have problems anyways, so why provoke something else to happen as well. And if I smell and look good others will never have to complain about me either.

Yes, i am. I keep myself clean, wash my hands regularly, my clothes are washed everyday,my surroundings are kept clean, neatness is what i like. If someone in my house does not keep the house clean i make it a point to politely tell them to do so and it irritates me if they still don`t listen. I also don`t allow others to use my things as diseases can be conveyed through them.

i would say yes, but i don't over do it. a little dirt from time to time is fine with me, and i kind of have this belief that you get immuned to diseases and basically your body becomes more resistant to diseases when you expose yourself to some "dirt" out there. that's just my belief tho'. !
