Experimentin with food

how many of you all like experimenting with food while cooking.do u ever try making a recipe of your own, once i tried to cook an omelette in a totally differnt way.i was 13 that time, i tried to mix choco powder with omelette, and it went horribly wrong and tasted awfull!!! yuck !!
but over a period a period of time i turned out to be a good cook.
do you like creating your own new recipe.????

Food is my weakness, I love to eat good food. How I wished I could be like you, who is a good cook. Every time I make adventure in the kitchen, it always end up a disaster and misadventure. I follow recipes to the dot, but I could not get it right, how much more on creating my own recipe. Definitely nobody in my family would eat it. I admire your patient in the kitchen.

I am not a good cook, and to be honest, I can't cook. if i have to do experiments with food, i think i would just end up to disaster since I even failed to make food based on fixed recipes. LOL.
I always think that people who can make their own recipe by experimenting with food are people who has a great talent. I adore them so much and I think it is not something that everyone can do.
