does anyone know of anything other than myspace for musicians. I have found a site called The Family Collective and I think it's amazing. it's sort of like myspace without all of the social clutter and dating service style crud. www.cllct.com check this site out it's amazing. I already put a bunch of my music on. does anyone know of any other sites like this

thanks easyman1, be sure to check out the family collective www.cllct.com it is truly amazing. Even if you don't play music it's great. You can login as either a listener or a musician and there is tons and tons and tons of music to be heard. enjoy

well I tried it out and it really wasn't much of a music community. more of a marketing site for commercial releases. Not that I have a problem with MF Doom, Beck, or The Killers but there really is no communal effort and it's not really "sharing music" Superbly organized and the sign up is pretty fast and easy. Thanks again, it's a good place for me to check people out before I buy a CD or Vinyl of a new release.

The Collective is absolutely international and it's a super awesome music tool. There is a discussion panel and you can also buy and sale on there I'm sure. The best part is that it's free free free and you can load up your music and album art super easy and really start sharing with other artists that have similar interest. Oh and the Philippines has some of the best food ever! HI HO!
