Car accident

Wow I am glas you all are ok. It is a very scary thing to go through. I was in an accident several years ago and it was just me and my two kids. We were hit head on by a lady that had a heart attack and we were struck at 60 mph . I have pins and rods in my left leg now and my youngest son lost a finger that got stuck between his carseat and the door (he was only 18 months old at the time). My other son suffered some minor injuries that he has fully recovered form but there is nothing scarier to me. When I came to myself I cannot explain the fear that overwhelmed me because they had already taken my kids to the hospital and were working on getting me out. I just knew they were lying to me and my kids were gone. It was terrible. Luckily my husband was already at the hospital waiting on me when I got there and he assured me the kids were ok which was the only believable person that was telling me that! LOL I know what you have gone through and it is terrible but there is some truth in the fact that time heals all wounds. The next hurdle you will encounter is driving again. Even now I never get in the car that I don't think about that awful night. Be thankful because it could always be worse! Stay safe!
