I am trying to find some Irish musicians to help celebrate St. Patrick's Day on my radio show. So, aside from the well-known Irish bands/artists, do you know of any?
The ones already included are U2, The Corrs, The Cranberries, Van Morrison, and Sinead O'Connor. While I also plan to include some various Irish folk songs, I am more interested in some of the pop or rock artists.

Excellent! Yeah, I personally like Enya in the right setting, but not sure that she will fly on my show. The Chieftains, The Boomtown Rats, and The Pogues...not sure why I keep forgetting them! I even kept reminding myself that Geldof is Irish! Van Morrison is already on my list.
This definitely will help me fill out my list. Thanks so much!

What the hey...Nobody listed THIN LIZZY?!
