There have been days were I just have no energy at all. I try to get myself around to do things, but I feel so tired. I'm not a big fan of coffee since it usually gives me the shakes so I don't drink it to often. I get enough sleep at night, and try to eat healthy. I'm not understanding why I don't have any energy.
Does anyone know what to do when you have low energy? Thanks for any suggestions.

Ask your doctor for some vitamins maybe your just missing one or two. Or, try to exercise a little. I feel like that sometimes when I don't walk. A nice walk down to my stop sign and back at the end of my street is not far but give's my body that little pick-up so that I can go. I try to do that or even a little thing like jogging fast in place for ten minutes in the morning wake's me up and get's me moving! But, do ask your doctor about the vitamins. Good Luck!

i have had this issue alot and went to the doctor. first doctor told me it was depression and gave me happy pills. well i went to another doctor and he said to start walking. if i cant do that then listen to music and dance just anything to get up and moving. he said i wasnt getting enough exercise. i was getting plenty trust me. when i told him that he said it was the wrong kind since it was work related. so i did what he said and i started walking about 5 blocks a night after dinner guess what it worked. go figure.

Despite sleeping right at night, I sometimes experience this to. And if I am not in the mood to have my usual caffeine fix, what I do is listen to upbeat music and walk around to wake me up. Fortunately, it works for me. If it really doesn't, I sometimes try to get a cat nap just to give in to my body's craving (a little rest). When I wake up I'm rarin' to go!
