Care of the skin starts from within. To have a good skin, it must be healthy. And how do you nourish a skin ? First, in order to have a healthy skin you must first drink sufficient water, at least eight glasses a day or equivalent to two liters a day.
To have a healthy skin you must also take vitamins particularly vitamin C and E. You must eat plenty of fruits and vegetables Natural foods rich in Vitamin C includes all citrus fruits, guava., moringa oleifera or known as "malunggay",strawberries, raw papaya, broccoli, tomatoe juice, pineapple, cantaloupe, sweet potato ,cauliflower. Source of Vitamin E includes sunflower seed, almonds, safflower oil, turnip green, tomatoe paste, peanut butter, raw avocado, carrot juice , spinach.
Before applying any moisturizer your face or lotion to your body, you must see to it first that the skin is nourished from within.

I try to take vitamins and drink water to help with my skin, but I don't think I do as good of a job with it as I probably should. I would like to get into some healthier habits for my body. I have always heard about drinking lots of water to keep skin from drying out, but I didn't know about all of the foods you listed, so I will definitely have to look into adding more of those foods into my diet! Thanks for the suggestions!
