High compensation is really tempting for a present employee. But i would just suggest not to transfer to the other company because in your present company you have already your rank and that you already gain respect from your co-worker. Rather than transferring to other company which you need to adjust and you need to start again a new name or reputation that other co-employee would respect. And we just don't know, if you will be promoted again in your present position which offers a better compensation and benefits.

I think you really find it hard to decide because you are really loyal to your company.. You must think and assess what is really best for you.I think if you really want to grow and learn more, you should not stick to only one kind of position and same company..

In your situation, it is really hard to decide what to choose. I do understand your loyalty to the company you are in because you do not stay there if you are not being treated well. But the offer really is tempting because it is higher compensation and salary than you are recieving to your company. But try to assess if that company offering you is really a good company and will compensate you better than that company you are working. And then try to talk to your boss that you want to grow, learn more and earn more and probably they would understand your reasons why you want to leave them.
