A Q Khan and the terror network

Now the US administration is saying that A Q Khan's terror network has not been dismantled totally. Previously they tacitly allowed the Pakistani government to release the dreaded nuclear scientist. The terrorists are there in Pakistan and the freedom for Mr Khan will lead to the danger of life for the innocents. He has already done what we are seeing a nuclear North Korea and to be nuclear Iran.
