It's suppose to be a detox dietary supplement that helps us lose weight and feel better. I got a bottle sent to me for just the shipping cost. I just want to know has anyone else used this? Have you had any results? What are they? No side effects I hope! Adults take 1 or 2 capsules after lunch or dinner. That's all I really know about it other than what I have mentioned already. So, has anyone else used this or know of anyone that has? have you heard of it? Thanks so much for responding and sharing.

I have heard of it but have not treid it. I do not know if it is a gimmick or what. It is supposed to suppress appetite and get rid of belly faT (MY BIG PROBLEM). I would love to hear from other mylotter's if it works or not. It it is recommended then I will be rushing to purchase it - as long as it is a natural supplement with no adverse side effects.

I have also heard of it, I just don't remember what was said, other than Oprah using it. I hope I can use it with my health and the meds I have to take. I'll let you know if it's good for me and what it does.

firstly the bad news is u can't spot reduce your body fat (where fat is lost from is based on your genes). Cardiovascular exercises will help to reduce overall body fat. if you want to try supplement, approach your family doctor for xenical. my hubby was taking this too. it really works though it does have some embarrassing side effects. Check this link for more info: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orlistat Ultimately, all supplments will only work if it comes together with exercise.

It's a detox and from what I hear now it's suppose to help you lose weight. I don't know about that as their are many gimmicks that say this. Dieting is a huge industry. But a detox sounds good to me so I have started it yesterday.

Hi dear moondancer. I have readed about it in the net. It is funny because acai is a fruit from my country and we have it a lot. I ever drank acai juice but never noticed that it make me lose weight. Like any fruit it is healthy of course and tasty but now many websites are talking about acai berry with a high price and I find it funny. We use to eat the fruit with milk as well. We have many fruits with more vitamins than acai like acerola that is very rich in C vitamin that is antoxidant. Well, I think that you must try it who knows if these capsules have something else that will be good to lose weight? you get it for the shipping cost so you are a winner any way. Hope you get the best result and take vitamins is good ever. Hugs my dear.

I also got a bottle for the cost of shipping, but I have not tried it yet, actually I am a little frightened to try it as I have heard it makes you have to use the restroom ALOT. I would like to know someone who has tried it first hand to see what the side effects are before I try it myself.

LOL, if that's the only draw back then I wouldn't mind taking it. I think I will try it now. Thanks for the input.

I have not tried this particular thing. Back when I was pregnant with my oldest a friend and I had found this thing online about some type of liquid suppliment that you are suppose to add a few drops to your water. And drink it 4 times a day. We signed up to get some both chipping in some of the money. When it came we added it to our water and ended up peeing a lot! Haha. A dear older lady that we worked with asked if she could try some too! Haha. She said it made her pee a lot too! I didn't really lose any weight (um, I was pregnant! Haha) but I ended up having to discontinue use because I was gaining either. I never told me doctor what I had done because I didn't really realize at the time that you aren't supposed to take stuff like that when you are pregnant! My dad found out what I had done and hassled me about it for awhile. I told him that it was a bad decision, but thankfully Clara is a very smart child and I don't think we have to worry about that too much now. He looked at me and was like 'But, maybe she could have been smarter!' LoL! I currently take hydroxicut every now and then now. I don't really take it everday because I'm on another medication that makes me a little jittery sometimes and the 2 together? Haha! Anyhow, I would like to hear how this works out for you. Might be interesting!

It's so good that your baby showed no ill effects from it. You live and learn. Thanks for sharing dear and welcome to the lot. I pee enough without having help, lol. Check back with me and I'll let you know. I just started it tonight after dinner.

I havent tried Acai berries before but i've read alot of good stuff about it and how it can help our body in many ways. My aunt who are very fond of the acai berry supplement told me about how wonderful she feels after trying the supplement for couple of months. You can check this blog for more information about the benefits of acai berry to our body: http://www.mercolacatalog.com/natural-health-products/gain-energy-and-antioxidant-protection-from-the-nutritious-acai-berry/ hope that helps...
