Would you like to be a referral or to have referrals, why?

We have many money making opportunities here over the net. Mylot.com is one, which also has a referral system that creates additional income for you. I was just wondering why people love to get so many referrals yet when someone ask them to be a referral of another person they think twice before doing so. It takes so many prayers for that referring person to encourage you to join, yet if you need referrals your doing everything to convince others. Do you think having an attitude like this makes you look selfish? Share what you think.

It would be nice if it's a give and take but sometimes others are selfish, all they wanted is to have lots of referrals and never bothered to be referrals of others.
For me, i joined here in myLot as a referrals of someone here, and im happy that i am making money here, not because of her i didn't myLot but it would be nice too if someone joined under me but unfortunately my referrals are not active her.But i never forced them.

In a perfect world it would be a "I scratch your back, you scratch mine" situation but for many it is a "Man eat man" situation. I joined here using another person as a referral and then I aquired a few referrals. Having referrals sure does increase your earning if they are active.

If I want a referral, I will ask the person to be my referral and I will sign up as their referral. We are both getting something in return. In no way is this selfish. I will even sign up under them first. The more referrals you have, the more money you will make. It's the pyramid method at work. We should all be helping each other especially in this economy.

Having referrals is better, yes of course.
This way you earn money all the time.
Well, when the referrals are active anyway.
Being a referral, is good when you have a good program.
But, lets face it, there are not many good programs out there.
I have lost a lot of time and money on these programs.
So, I like to think twice before I join another program.

Getting referrals or being a referral......... I am not sure that I understand this, I mean most people know that in order to get business they must get referrals....that part is pretty plain and simple. You say that there are so man referral systems that will creat addtional income for you on the internet. This sort of sounds like money is going to be created whether we put any work into it or not. I just wish that people would be more specific when they are trying to explain a money making opportunity to me. Why not let us know up front if we will have to pay money out in order to get the program started or not. It does nobody any good when we are all being evasive and not giving people the straight up facts about a program. It simply is a waste of everyone's time............ E.
