What to do when workfromhomehq puts email on hold or wants phone verification

well i have been doing work from home hq data entry. i have reached around 17 dollars. just 3 dollars to go. i have no referrals, so it really does take time to get to the payment as most of the ads sometimes get ghosted. recently i dont knw my email address became on hold. so i created another account with craigslist. but again now they are asking for phone verification. what should i do now. shall i again create another craigslist account and continue to get to 20 dollars , or should get the account verified. but i am not in the US now
