Sometimes, you sitting at your work was quite a boring experience. Having some fun once in a while with your co - workers might kill the time easily. Would your employers allow you to have a joke during working hour? Most of us probably chitchat during the break time, or lunch time. But once in while during your tedious work can cause no harm to anyone, as long as you knew you were doing.

I have trouble making jokes at work, being the boss my employees see me as trying to hard to fit in at times and do not think my jokes are all that funny. I always like to tell new jokes when I hear them but they do not always fair well with others.

yes, a little sense of humor can really make office hours as productive as ever. It is still best that you exchange humor with a co-worker once in a while. It is also the best break anyone can have. The important thing is that we do our job efficiently and effectively.

Of course talk and laugh all the time. As long as dont leak any confidential matter and dont talk bad about anyone, nobody can stop me from talking and laughing. Actually bosses give more leeway to good workers, especially top sales staff. Those are the really pampered ones in the whole company. They can come late, go back early, and generally act like kings, and boss just close one eye. After observing them, I learn a lot. Bosses dont care what you talk, how you work, as long as you are a very good worker. So now I'm more daring, even manager tells me to do things this way, I dare to disagree and suggest another way to do it.
