Traveling is my top hobby and so I have a vacation at least one a year if that is possible. I have been to over fifty different countries so far in my life. My last vacation was to South Africa with my toddler son. We went to Cape Town and the Garden Route. It was a 12 hour flight to get there which was pricey but once there prices were good value. My favorite vacation I took three years ago and that was to Mexico, Belize and Guatemala. I so enjoyed seeing the Mayan ruins and snorkeling the reef. I hope to visit Canada for my vacation in 2010. My sister has a husband and four children. I hope once her youngest is a bit older she might go youth hosteling in Wales. My mum used to like traveling in her younger days but I am by far the keenest traveler in my family.

You don't have to go abroad for your vacations. I am sure there are many places of local attractions in your country. You can always enjoy your vacations locally. Now I spend my vacations in my country as it has no less tourists attractions that I can go.

Travel is my top hobby and it is essential that I have enough money and time to have a vacation every year. My vacations can be quite energetic and not all that relaxing. Typically I fly out to one destination and then I travel overland to different places in a region. So on one trip I might stay in about four or five different locations. Thinking about summer 2003 when my finances were at their lowest I got a flight to Italy on a budget airline then I took a bus down to Croatia, Montenegro and then up to Slovenia. I took my tent so I camped and I stayed cheap private room as well as a youth hostel. So I know a budget flight and taking a tent can give a person or a family a cheap vacation. If you save up for two years think where you might go in 2011. Good luck.
