SO FAR NO - I don't feel that such kind of cold although I am working at my computer after midnight. Maybe because I am using touch-pad at my laptop and I don't use USB extension type of mouse. Also maybe because of my feet most of the time keep on rolling back and forth on the reflexogy wood, increased my blood circulation while working at my computer. Hopes so!

I have often wondered abu that. Must be because of the limited movement of it. I mean you really don't move it around that much. We are going to have to start some hand excercises to get the blood flowing I guess!
Everybody lift your right hand and wave for 2 minutes before proceeding!

My friend, l ever experienced this kind of situation before. When this kind of situation appeared, you need to drink a cup of hot milk. lt's because your blood didn't circulate well. Besides that, you need to pinch and massage your cold hand area. Always repeat until you don't feel cold anymore. Hope, you will be fine again.

no it doesn't that sounds pretty weird, but then when I wake up in the morning often one of my arms are freezing too. I wonder what that is caused from.

Yes, mine does too. It's because the blood isn't circulating well because your hand is too high up. If you could use the mouse at the height of your lap, it wouldn't happen. This is very difficult because desk and table height are always much higher.
