It's refreshing. It's wholesome. It's a great source of protein. It's a fabulous way to get your daily calcium! It's a terrific source of Vitamin D. It tastes great icy cold or warmed (for those who need soothing to sleep). It's out-of-this world delicious with malted chocolate mix whipped it or poured in a glass over a scoop of chocolate ice cream. It is by far my favorite beverage of choice and has been all my life. It helps support rural communities and farming in general. I'm a 38 year old female and I LOVE MILK!!!!
