For adults,do you watch R-rated movies?

They said it's not fit for the teenagers,so let us adults talk about this,do you think R-rated movies deserve to see sometimes? so that it's not good for the teenagers why not forbid such movies?how do you think of this?

R is restricted. you have to be atleast 18 to watch movies like that.. I do watch R rated movies.

yes,it's restricted,I am just curious why not just forbid such movies
