I've been trying to get my targeted 120pounds body. But since 2005 I have been on the range of 140-170 pounds. Though I admit, I do not do any hardships to gain my dream weight. I always wish that I'll get up one day with a sexy body. Hee hee! So, does anybody had any experience like me? Well, I hope you won't be as lazy as me. Getting a nice body needs a hard work. Happy Mylotting!

At least five pounds in two months would be nice. At 120 pounds, the doctor said that I am still at my ideal weight considering that I am only 5'2". My real problem is that I am really flabby. I do not have a flat tummy, I have flabby arms and jiggly legs. Sigh. I am lazy too, unfortunately. Lol! Have a nice day!

Doing some weight training can help with flabby arms and legs. Builds and shapes muscle tone.

I started on Weight Watchers program last October because I had 100 pounds to lose to get to my ideal weight. I have lost 34 pounds so far. Eating right and exercise are the key. You can safely lose 1-2 pounds a week, if you eat well and exercise. Here are some tips to help with exercising. Do Cardio and weight training. Cardio burns calories and benefits your cardiovascular system, but weight training helps you build muscle which helps shape your body and muscle burns more calories at rest. Do something fun or something necessary like walking to the store or walking with friends. Make your exercising an appointment that can't be missed. Pencil it in your schedule like it was a doctor's appointment. Good Luck with your weight loss.

You're right, weight loss is a lot of hard work! You really do need to be dedicated. At your weight and in a 2 month time period I would say you might be able to lose 10lbs, if you make some major changes and do a lot of exercising. 10lbs is on the high end but is a safe weight. It is safe to lose 1-2lbs each week. Good luck!!
