Had you ever work for a stingy boss in your life?

Hi, 2 things in Life U cannot choose-Parents & boss. Yes,stingy/saddist/autocratic/incapable Bosses we come accross, in Life. We possibly loose(monetorily,tranquility etc)during that period(under him). But if we r confident about our ability,finally U win. I became Boss of one such my earlier boss.....see/relish the change(in them) then! Donot get disheartened..tough times never remains,tough people do! =Lahiri,Kolkata,india.

I also had bad experiences when I had been trainee. Initially, I started to oppose the people at top and this lead to bad experience. I have to hear all the bad things they say and sometimes the guys used to hurt a lot with words, but because I was a trainee and needed a job I used to keep quiet and take whatever they say. Once I had an argument with a person and for 2 months I have to go to the office and was not allowed me to do any job and I looked a like joker at night shift coming to office, sitting idle, not allowed to do the transcription work. Life was very tough for me at that time. Some days I didn't log into the computer itself. It is really pain to be isolated from the friends who doesn't care and look like a joker.

my current boss is exactly what you described,I will leave the firm sooner or later,they are greedy and treat you like a working machine.kindless and stingy.I will never be willing to work for such bosses
