Do u believe that hair styles makeover will cause damage of scull ?

I've been used to go to the saloon to let my hair dying or even ralaxing, since im in my 50's my white hair is getting worsen day by day . I am working so i feel embarrassed to entertain clients with my white hair. When i started dying my hair in order to maintain its normal color . The beauty consultant adviced me to maintain the hair dying every three months .just recently my friends telling me that to keep doing such will causes damage the scull and even result to canser. i was so scared to learn all this things so i need some opinion to mylotters I know that u also do the same as i did ,its a trend now that we should somehow give attentions to our self by caring our hair . was it happened to u or did somebody tells you about it ? please help me coz i am so disturbed about this.
