Obama and the Military

So Obama has made more decisions about the military pay. Our soldiers and sailors are not making enough money to reduce. I have calculated exactly what an E-3 sailor makes an hour. He/she makes about $0.09 an hour. Who in their right mind would work for that. They are busting their humps day in and day out for $0.09 an hour. Yes they agree to that when they sign up, but why must we decrease that pay? Someone please help me understand that?
