Don't think it's difficult anymore~~!

At first,, I thought ice-cream is very difficult to make.. But I don;t think that anymore now.. I search the recipe few days ago. I found that ice-cream it's eay to make. So try to make your own. But I got a problem is after I make it.. I t's so oily and not like the other ice-cream..
What do you think~~!?^^

How come it came out oily? You need to use oil to make ice cream???

Not oil. Maybe it's the cream. . . I think it can be good if it is not oliy. !

I remember back in high school we had to do a demonstration speech and I did it on making ice cream. We put all the ingredients in a tub and then put that tub in a bigger tub and packed around it with ice. Then you rolled it back and forth, back and forth until it thickened. It tasted very creamy, not oily.
Now I have an ice cream maker and it is awesome. I have to get it out now that the weather is getting nice. It takes hours for the ice cream to be made, but is so yummy!

I remembered the first time I made ice cream. Not many people make it right in the first attempt but keep practicing till you succeed in making a perfect ice cream. By the way I use an ice cream maker that helps a lot in making ice cream and these are not too expensive as well. If you like to have ice cream more often then it would me better to have an ice cream maker in your kitchen.

it's feel great when you are using the computer and eating your own ice-cream. but you know the only poblem is my ice- cream is just too oily. .

i also like ice cream, even if it is winter or spring. i am a big fan of youghurt ice cream, so i have a recipe to make it at home. you mixed in a bowl some youghurt, simple one, with some lemon juice and some sugar, mixed them and put it in the fridge. the lemon juice makes the taste of youghurt very strong. i hope you like it, i sure do.
