where is my refferal URL on MyPage5?

I joined MyPage5 a few days ago,but I didn't find the refferal URL on MyPage5.
MyPage5 said that I can recommend my friends to join it by my E-mail,but I write my email in it and didn't recommend my friends to join in,I was bored.
Under my photo there were my URL of MyPage5,but perhaps this URL were not my refferal URL.
where is my refferal URL on MyPage5? do you know?
By the way: where is payment bottom on MyPage5? when des MyPage5 payment in a month?

you invite yourself with another email id. then get the referral id from that email message
