where is your favorite place to swim?

There are many different places to swim,the ocean,pools lakes,creeks,rivers ,ponds.I like to swim in places I can see the bottom of.I guess that any where would be a good place to swim as long as your with your friends and family and are haveing a good time.

River in my hometown is my favourite place to swim at all. I like this because there is cool water available all the time. It is great feeling when I am swimming there.

When i lived in ny the river there was a great place to swim they had a 10 foot crane that you could jump off of my kids would do that not me i was to afraid.i had fun watching them.

My favorite place to swim would be a tropical sea that I have gone to from a palm fringed beach. I adore being in the crystal clear water and the temperature is comfortably warm. I find it delightful to go snorkeling to see a colorful reef with lots of friendly wish. I do very much enjoy swimming in cool water by a waterfall because that sort of setting is very refreshing and delightful fun. I went to a gorgeous looking swimming pool North Queensland in Australia and was in a tropical garden. Swimming pools in my home country are often filled with way too cold water.

Mazimax8, I wish I were as brave as you are . I live a few steps from the ocean
but I don't swim in it . I'm such a chicken . I don't like the thought that
there might be a singray under there or something that can get me , yup big chicken ! I raher swim in the swimming pool , and then it has to be warm .
The ocean is always warm here and most days its real blue and clear. I have alot of friends that swim in it , and they never come out with missing limbs or anything . I wish I didn't have this fear .

Hands down, in a swimming pool! I don't want to swim in anything I can't see the bottom of. Wading at the beach is just fine but for actual swimming I'll stick to the cement pond!

I love to take water aerobics at the large pool at the YMCA. After the class is over with I then like to just swim, swim, swim. I like the larger pools where I can also see the bottom. The deep end is a lot of fun and there are a lot of extras like tubes that you can grab onto and just float around with when you need to rest and then it's back to swimming. I think it is neat that they even have a lift to help the handicapped in and out of the pool. It's fun for everyone.

I wish i lived by the ymca i would love to do the aerobics.
