Do you have DSL? Or are you still using dial - up connection? I have DSL for while already, and I signed up with BellSouth DSL service. Because I sign up with the fastest DSL connection, the monthly payment I have to handle is around $45. What about yours?

I used to get a bundle from the phone company. dsl, dishtv, and phone service for 180 a month. I switched to cable phone,tv and internet and now pay about 150 and I get more channels and reliable service.

Here in the Philippines I use SmartBro DSL. It costs 2,000 Philippine pesos or around 42 American dollars. You could say that this is almost as much as what Bellsouth DSL is asking for, but the speed is not the same as what Bellsouth DSL offers. However, since SmartBro uses wireless technology, it's rare to experience latency problems due to congestion.
