Help to separate the long sentences?

Hi Mylotters;it's from an agreements,the sentence are as following
Schedule A as written does not really describe what the business arrangements are that the parties will participate in together it is just a listing of entities and their businesses except for the last line of schedule A -should the schedule be revised.
I separate the sentence as below,please take a look and give me an advice if it's proper

I have a little trick for making a long sentence short and more readable. It's called a period and it helps me to clarify my mind and make my sentence readable. Cheers!!
