There has recently been a scandal involving Citibank that's running in YouTube about a supposed customer who can't seem to withdraw money from her card triggering her to call the said bank. The conversation erupted when the agent informed the customer that he can't transfer her to a department that she requested. All throughout the call the customer was screaming and cursing in their native tongue.
In my opinion, this was a scripted call since the agent never verified the customer's information at the onset of the call. He also didn't warn the customer that he would drop the call because she was being abusive.
To the people who created this stunt: Shame on you! You deserve to be thrown into a pit of rotting fish carcasses and human poo!

I have heard that scandal months ago. I really think its fabricated. Considering the patience the agent/operator had during the whole time he was being cursed, I really think its scripted. If I was in his shoes, I would have already errupted and got mad and also started cursing the woman. But if it is true, I admire the agents professionalism and despise the customers arrogance.

I tried the link again and it worked. Well I think it should have been cut short since the woman is already incorrigible and you cannot get any information already from her. It is impossible to talk with her anymore and she would not allow the agent to get the information from her.

Hard to believe, Why not just hang up since the customer is already using foul language and shouting her a$$ off. Yea its kinda scripted.

I guess the caller was having a very bad day. I can't imagine how bad she really must have felt to have such said those words for almost a full 10 minute call. Seems real to me as other viewers of the video had pointed out. Or the other employees maybe playing a joke on their friend?
At least she let off some of that steam?

You are right, asking for the caller's identification and details of the incident are necessary for the complaint to be entertained. Pretty much scripted I believe.
