How Can I Make A Mini Video Avatar?

I want to make a mini video avatar, but I am not sure what to download off the internet, and I do not want to spend a lot of money. Actually, I do not want to spend ANY money. lol I am afraid I may download the wrong thing and get a virus, too. Can someone here suggest a free program that allows you to make mini video avatars that will not harm my computer, and that is easy to use? Please view the example video avatar I uploaded. Some months ago i came across a software that was avatar maker. You make edit video clips and make it as an avatar. If you have photoshop and imageready you could make gif files. I tried and made some, i never studied photoshop, but tried by looking the manual on how to create and succeeded. I think we can make it look like a video avatar by capturing screenshots and then make it via imageready.

I think PhotoShop costs money, if I am not mistaken. It si too expensive for me right now.

Maybe you should go a trial software first to get an idea first. Try searching in download.com

try VideoAvatar! the tool is designed specially for creating video avatars) just search for "geovid" (it's the name of the company that produces it)
