hi candy, my dear friend, it was very good to know that you are pregnant and because i have just completed mine a year back i feel very nice when i hear about someone being preganant. you should take lots of carrot juice, take coconut water and a bowl of sprouts in the morning empty stomach, carrot juice is the best in the morning breakfst time too. stsart your day with coconut water then go for breakfast, try including carrot juice in it. it is very very healthy. try eating raw by grating and adding your fav items in it , but you dont like the taste, forget it, try making a sweet dish of it. we here make it by grating the carrots, giving it a simple boil, or if you dont wanna boil, put it in a wok, add some clarified butter, and cover the hing. then add milk and sugar and whole lots of dry fruits you like to . it is very healthy to eat. you can boil , add sugar and milk and then also eat. it is good for you. be away from chips, and al those fried stuff and all. otherwise it will give you a good weight gain. try to eat as healthy as possible. change your eating habbit for nine months if you like to eat too much of fried. enjoy your pregnancy, have a nice time, and best of luck, :-)

Carrot is not my favorite, but I find that if I use it to make soups, the soup is sweeter. Or I would lightly boil it and mix it with other vegetables like broccoli and lettuce as a salad, and eat it with Thousand Islands.

hi candy, Try making carrot in the form of a sweet dish by adding milkmaid ,sugar, milk and little bit salt ..but i dont know whether you can eat very sweet dishes during pregnanacy period.instead take all vegetables and fruits and make it as a salad and eat yaar..you should be healthy..also try to do some exercises which your doctor advises.. and try this out candy if possible ..Take some carrots and beans and dice it up..add a little oil to the frying pan and then add mustard to it.after the mustard pops up ,add the diced carrots and beans and fry it well. dear candy please make a note that you have to get a full diet list from your doctor and then only proceed the above.. try having carrot juice too .. Take care candy of yourself .Wishing you loads of happiness in the forthcoming days!! Take care

i know that carrots are very good for our health, especially because you are pregnant. i will give a recipe, that i hope you like it. take a wok, put some pal oil in it, hot it then put two carrots, sliced thin, with other vegetables like onion, tomatoes, a pice of garlic, all thin sliced. you cook them for a while, not too much, in order to keep their vitamins. enjoy.

It's so simple ,, ma favorite is mix it with peas cauliflowers potatoes, and any other ,, I rather keep meats of seafood cooked separate,,mix veggies with or without a lot of liquids,, its ur choice,,a good way is to boil carrots with a lot of milk,, reduce it to 1/4,, or when it becomes thick,, add some sugar,, and eat a little bit ,,even as a dessert, it s so nice,, u can add almonds raisins etc in that one

I like to eat carrots in raw form the most. Also it is good to grate carrot and cabbage, mix them together, boil it and add fried onion and salt to taste. That will be a good recipe and easy to do.Cheers!
