If you were given free cosmetic surgery, which part would you change?

Let's just say a group of renowned plastic surgeons are giving away free cosmetic surgery and you were picked as the lucky one, which would you change? Only one part please. Temping, isn't it?

Either: A more even skin tone and less blemishes on my face. or Whitening my teeth. I doubt I would ever consider drastic cosmetic surgery unless I was horribly deformed. There is always somebody out there worse off than yourself...

Oh yeah, come to think of it, I'd have to choose to pass on the opportunity to someone who truly needs the surgery. Thanks for the thoughts.

For me, I would like to change my nose. My nose is not beautiful. I was teased by my childhood friends as flatty because of my flat nose.

If that's your picture there, your nose is just right for you face. I'd not change that if I were you.

yeah tempting but i guess, nothing for the moment. i may be chubby but i don't go for liposuction. i rather go to the gym or have my dance class regularly than being liposuction from those large and huge needles. i don't want to feel hurt but i love exercising than doing those things. thanks friend jhelai

i like to change my arms and legs,i want to have a thinner and firmer sexy arms and legs...cause i like wearing snevless, tubes and mini shorts!lol!i just wish so...heheheh!

I would totally get a gastric band. I hate my body and would love to change this part about myself......the question is thoygh would i be happy with just one change? probabily not but at least i would no longer have a big fat tubby belly lol
