Paid to click, are they worth the time?

I have found a few that are worth my time, while a lot of them I won't bother with. I have had the most success with Inboxdollars and sendearnings.

I suppose it depends on your situation, but in my opinion they aren't a good use of time, my time is valuable to me and for the pay outs that you get I honestly think its not a good use of time. But everyone is different and I guess it also depends on your situation.
